فَمَنْ بَدَّلَهُ بَعْدَمَا سَمِعَهُ فَإِنَّمَا إِثْمُهُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ يُبَدِّلُونَهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ

Word by Word (2021) Translation

Then whoever changes it after what he (has) heard [it], so only its sin (would be) on those who alter it. Indeed, Allah (is) All-Hearing, All-Knowing.
